Terms overview
These terms explain how the public site, applications, portals, and manager accounts may be used.
They are meant to set clear expectations for access, responsibilities, acceptable use, account security, and reasonable service limits.
1. Service overview
The Market Manager provides tools for teams running public markets to publish public pages, manage application programs, collect applicant information, organize vendor operations, review permits, run sessions, process billing workflows, and report on program activity.
The platform includes both public-facing pages and authenticated product areas. Public pages are designed for discovery and application access. Authenticated areas are designed for market managers, applicants, and other authorized users to continue work already in progress.
2. Manager responsibilities
Market managers are responsible for the accuracy of market listings, application status, pricing information, published schedules, and other content they make available to applicants or the public through the platform.
Market managers are also responsible for managing account access appropriately, protecting confidential market information, and using the platform in ways that are lawful and consistent with the rights of applicants, vendors, and other users.
3. Applicant and visitor access
Applicants and other visitors may use the public site to browse market information, start applications, return through the applicant portal, and respond to follow-up requests when access has been granted.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping their own account access secure, and submitting only information and files they have the right to provide.
4. Public listing behavior
Markets may remain visible publicly even when applications are not open. The platform is designed to show whether a market is currently accepting applications, opening soon, or closed for the current cycle so visitors can understand the next step clearly.
A market page may stay public between application windows, and public visibility alone does not mean that a visitor can see private records, applicant files, internal reviews, or any other protected account data.
Public visibility, application availability, and authenticated account access are related but not identical. A market can stay listed while applications are closed.
5. Acceptable use
Users agree to use the service lawfully, keep account access secure, avoid interfering with platform availability, and avoid uploading content or data that they do not have the right to publish or submit.
Users may not misuse the public site, applicant portal, or authenticated product areas to impersonate others, distribute harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service for market managers, applicants, or other users.
6. Availability, changes, and limits
We may update, improve, suspend, or change parts of the platform from time to time. Features, workflows, and page behavior may evolve as the product changes.
While we aim to provide a reliable service, the platform is provided subject to reasonable operational limits, maintenance needs, and technical issues that may occasionally affect availability.
