Privacy overview
This policy covers the public site, application programs, portal access, manager accounts, and the records created as markets use the platform.
It is meant to explain in plain language what information is collected, how it is used, what may be shown publicly, and what stays private inside the platform.
1. Information we collect
We may collect manager account information, company details, market information, application submissions, uploaded files, vendor reporting data, billing records, and general service records needed to run the platform. This can include names, email addresses, phone numbers, market schedules, booth details, permit documents, and submission history.
Public pages may also display market information such as market names, locations, descriptions, listing status, and whether applications are currently open, opening soon, or closed for the current cycle.
2. How we use information
Information is used to publish public market pages, power application programs, provide applicant portal access, support vendor and permit operations, process secure session submissions, and help market teams review financial and operational activity inside the platform.
We may also use account and service information to maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, improve the reliability of the platform, and communicate important product or account-related updates.
3. Public and private boundaries
Public pages are intended to show market information such as descriptions, location details, listing status, and whether applications are available. Private submission data, applicant files, internal notes, payment records, permit reviews, and other protected information should remain available only to authorized users inside the platform.
A market can remain visible publicly even when applications are closed. Public visibility does not expose private application data, applicant follow-up, or internal team activity.
Public listing visibility, application availability, and private record access are separate. A visitor may be able to see a market page without being able to view any protected submission or account information.
4. Sharing and service providers
The platform may rely on third-party providers to support hosting, authentication, file storage, email delivery, payment workflows, and similar operational needs. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to deliver the service.
We do not treat applicant submissions, internal notes, or billing records as public marketing content. Those records are meant for the authorized people and teams working inside the platform.
5. Retention and access
Market teams are responsible for the market data they publish and the access they grant through the platform. Applicants and market teams may receive access links or account access that let them return to review status, respond to requests, and continue work already in progress.
Records may remain in the platform for as long as they are needed to support active operations, reporting, audit history, or account administration, subject to the organization's own retention practices and any applicable legal obligations.
6. Security and policy updates
We take reasonable steps to protect account access, stored files, and platform data, but no online service can promise absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials, access links, and account contact details current and secure.
This policy may be updated over time as the platform evolves. When it changes materially, the updated version on this page becomes the current policy.
